At Inspired Foundation, our mission has always been rooted in compassion, community, and creating sustainable change. One of the ways we extend this commitment is by supporting organisations and initiatives that share our values. That is why we proudly supported the Empowerment Care Foundation’s LifeCheck initiative — a life-transforming medical and back-to-school outreach programme that continues to impact thousands of lives across Ghana.

Launched in 2014, LifeCheck has grown into a symbol of compassion in action, committed to providing free healthcare and educational support to underserved communities. With each edition, it has brought renewed hope and dignity to individuals and families in need — and we are honoured to contribute to that legacy.

LifeCheck 2024 – A New Chapter of Compassion

The 10th edition of LifeCheck, held in 2024 under the theme “Compassion to Make a Difference,” marked yet another milestone. With the goal of reaching 15,000 individuals, the outreach offered a comprehensive blend of medical care and back-to-school support, embodying values we deeply believe in — love in action, uplifting the vulnerable, and bridging the gap for those who need it most.

The outreach also included:

• Donations of clothing and educational supplies

• Distribution of school uniforms, nourishing meals, and Bibles

• Engagement of passionate volunteers offering their time and expertise

Our Support, Their Impact

Through financial assistance and strategic collaboration, Inspired Foundation has played a part in helping LifeCheck continue its powerful work, which includes:

• 11,000+ students supported with school essentials

• 100,000+ books distributed

• Over 4,000 school bags provided

• 5,200 pairs of free shoes distributed

• 90+ children received free haircuts

• 10,000+ families received medical support

In terms of healthcare outreach, LifeCheck has also offered:

• Eye and dental care

• Ultrasound scans

• Minor surgical procedures

• Laboratory services

• Free medication

• 109 Hepatitis B vaccinations

• 49 units of blood donated

• 500+ NHIS registrations and 2,686 total NHIS registrations/renewals
